Where can I get a Disneyland Paris map?

Although Disneyland Paris decided to stop distributing printed maps in 2023, they returned in June 2024! You can find them at the City Hall or at the Studios Services. Will this return be temporary? We’ll have to wait and see.
Disneyland Paris is encouraging all its Cast Members and services to reduce their use of paper, as part of its commitment to the environment.
From 2023, Disneyland Paris’ paperless maps will be the preferred choice, and there are three main solutions if you want to consult and obtain a map of Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios parks:
- The interactive map on the official application
- The interactive map on the official website
- Downloadable maps from the website
The interactive map on the mobile application
This is by far the best and quickest way to explore Disneyland Paris! Not only does the interactive map provide you with real-time queuing times at the attractions, but it also gives you the quickest route to any shop, restaurant or show in the two parks thanks to geo-location.
The interactive map of Disneyland Paris gives you an overview of the entire resort: all Disney and nearby hotels are shown, as well as Disney Village. You can even easily find a top-up point to recharge your mobile phone.
Need to go to the toilet before a show? The app tells you where all the toilets are in the parks or around you. The same goes for restaurants, shops, events, upcoming shows and visitor services. In short, it’s an essential tool for any visit to Disneyland Paris.

Your battery is dead and you are lost? Look around and find the castle. It’s visible wherever you are in the park. It’ll help you find your way back to Central Plaza and Main Street.

The large interactive map is available on the official Disneyland Paris website. It allows you to move around the park virtually. Although the map is identical to the one on the app, it’s not very useful for finding your way around the park. I also found it less legible than the Android and Apple apps.
However, it will allow you to do a bit of preliminary research before you start your stay. For example, you can search for all stores that sell ears or “Disney Ears”, or find all restaurants that offer online reservations.
