Prepare to have your eyes filled with pixie dust at the Disneyland Hotel. The Castle Club experience is unique and no other Disney hotel in the world can make you feel so privileged.
Since reopening on 24 January 2024, Disneyland Hotel has raised the bar on luxury and magic.
What are the Castle Club privileges?
When you book a stay at Castle Club, you become a member of a very exclusive club and benefit from exclusive services to which only you have access.
Reception and Private Concierge
The Castle Club spirit begins as soon as you arrive in the lobby, where a Royal Greeter will welcome you and escort you to the Castle Club private reception on the 2nd floor.
Here you will discover one of the many advantages of the Castle Club with its private lift, accessible only to residents. To get there, pick up the phone just outside the two lifts to contact a member of staff at the Castle Club reception.
The dedicated reception desk is a real time saver compared to the reception desk in the lobby. No queuing to collect your Magic Pass! Like the The Empire State Club in the Marvel Hotel, the Castle Club offers a welcome in the intimate atmosphere of the Castle.
In addition to the reception desk, which you can contact at any time with any questions you may have, a concierge service is also available. The Disneyland Hotel concierges are (usually) there to help you with anything you may need: Buying and storing merchandise in your room/suite, access to restaurant tables reserved for hotel residents, ordering an Uber or taxi. I say “usually” because I’ve read some very negative comments about the reception reserved for residents. Comments hardly worthy of 5 stars! 😒
Breakfast with characters
When you stay in a Castle Club room or suite, breakfast is included. But it’s not just any breakfast, it’s breakfast with the Disney Princesses at your table!
With long queues at the Princess Pavilion, it’s easy to see why this CC benefit is so attractive. Breakfast with Aurora, Cinderella or Snow White while enjoying the breathtaking view from the Castle Club Lounge is priceless!
Speaking of prices, the breakfast menu at the Castle Club Lounge doesn’t have any. Yes, you can order a whole range of fruit juices (pear, apple, passion fruit), hot drinks, smoothies and even a glass of champagne (if you like) at no extra cost! Yes, you pay nothing! Now that’s luxury!
The gourmet continental buffet is absolutely crazy and so rich! Not to mention the special dishes you can order from the chef’s a la carte menu.
Here are just some of the treats you can try in the lounge:
- French pastries that would make the best bakeries in France jealous
- Fried eggs and omelettes to order (with herbs, truffles, preserved tomatoes, etc.)
- An English breakfast
- Vegan and vegetarian specialities (vegetarian sausages, compotes, butter-free croissants)
- Fresh honey from the hive (incredible!)
- A selection of cheeses selected by Xavier Thuret, France’s best cheese maker
The editor’s tip
If you’d like to order à la carte dishes, do so as soon as you arrive to save as much time as possible!
Access to the Castle Club Lounge
Here’s the icing on the royal cake: the Castle Club Lounge and its unique view of Cinderella’s castle! During your stay at the Castle Club, you will have unlimited access to this private lounge on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Take a moment to admire all the details of the lounge, starting with the 4 backlit mirrors representing the most famous castles in the Disney universe (Arendelle, Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel, Cinderella).
Even the Castle Club crockery has a story to tell!
The crockery used in the lounge is from a prestigious French porcelain brand, Haviland..
Once you’ve settled into this newly refurbished lounge, you can enjoy :
- a sumptuous Royal tea-time once a day between 4pm and 6pm
- a non-alcoholic drink at any time of the day
The sense of privilege is everywhere in the Castle Club Lounge, from the entrance to the 5-star service provided by the cast to the food on offer! I was particularly impressed by the delicacy and quality of the sweet and savoury dishes. I was particularly impressed by the delicacy and quality of the sweet and savoury dishes, especially the extensive theming of the sweet desserts such as the Arendelle Muffins and the Little Mountain Reindeer.
The editor’s Tip
If you like coffee, don’t hesitate to order one from the lounge barista, whose froth is decorated with Disney prints! Instagram photos!
A private lift to Disneyland
To make you feel even more privileged, the 5-star Disney hotel offers Castle Club members direct access to the park via a private lift. Isn’t it real luxury?

What is a Castle Club room like?
Disneyland Paris already sets the bar for luxury with its Superior Rooms, but the Castle Club Rooms and Suites are simply unique!
Castle Club rooms with 12 royal Disney stories
The 41 Castle Club rooms at the Disneyland Hotel are inspired by 12 iconic Disney stories:
- Cinderella
- Beauty and the Beast
- Aladdin
- The Princess and the Frog
- Rapunzel
- The Snow Queen
- Moana
- Raya and the Last Dragon
- Sleeping Beauty
- Snow White
- The Little Mermaid
How much does it cost to stay at The Castle Club?
If you check availability for a stay today, there’s a good chance you won’t find any Castle Club rooms or suites available, no matter how far in the future you want to stay.
There are two reasons for this: 1) Disneyland Paris prefers telephone reservations for this type of stay. 2) The small number of rooms is often taken by rush.
For a CC room with a view of the park, you should expect to pay at least €2,000 for one night for two people (excluding school holidays and weekends). For a Signature Suite, you’ll need to add at least €800 to this rate, making it €2,800 for one night.
Here are some example rates for a weekend for two on August 27/28 2024 :
Castle Club rooms and suites | Indicative price * |
---|---|
Castle Club Room | 2348€ |
Castle Club Room with view on the Disneyland Park | 2421€ |
Signature Cinderella Suite Junior | 3209€ |
Signature Rapunzel Suite Junior | 3209€ |
Signature Beauty and the Beast Suite Grand | 4469€ |
Signature Sleeping Beauty Suite Junior | 3209€ |
